If the accident is clearly not your fault and we are able to establish a third party insurer we will arrange for repairs to be authorised to your vehicle by the at fault insurer at a garage of your choice as well as ensuring you are kept mobile by arranging a hire vehicle to suit your needs. We will recover the cost of the hire directly from the at fault insurer. Similarly in the event of an injury being sustained as a result of a non fault accident EAA can appoint a specialist panel solicitor to work on your behalf. They will be committed to protecting your interest and pursue the case until a successful outcome has been achieved. EAA will arrange an After the Event policy on your behalf to cover both sides legal fees up to an aggregate limit of £50,000. EAA will organise recovery of ALL of your out of pocket expenses.
